1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TipsHedge ("the Service"), including our website at tipshedge.com, dashboard, Telegram channels, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

2. Nature of Service

TipsHedge is an AI-powered sports predictions information platform. We are not a licensed bookmaker, betting agency, gambling operator, financial services licensee, or financial advisor. We do not accept wagers, facilitate betting, or process bets of any kind.

All predictions, analysis, simulation data, and content provided by TipsHedge are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. TipsHedge does not take into account your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives.

• TipsHedge does not guarantee profits, winning outcomes, or any specific results.
• Past performance of any prediction or record does not indicate or guarantee future results.
• All decisions to act on any prediction rest solely with you and are made entirely at your own risk.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use TipsHedge. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
• TipsHedge is primarily intended for users located in Australia. Users outside Australia access the Service at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent access restrictions or extend free trials is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at dev@tipshedge.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. False information may result in account termination.

4. Free Tier

TipsHedge offers a free membership tier that provides limited access to the Service, including one featured prediction per day. The free tier is available to any registered user aged 18 or over and does not require payment. Access to the free tier may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5. Premium Membership and Payment Terms

• Premium membership is billed at AUD $19.99 per week, processed via Whop.
• New Premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged until the free trial period expires.
• Subscriptions auto-renew weekly unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• All payments are handled by Whop. TipsHedge does not store, process, or have access to your full payment card details.
• TipsHedge reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to subscribers. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Prices displayed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may be subject to GST.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain Premium access until that date.

No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel during your 7-day free trial before being charged, you will not be billed. To request account deletion or data removal, email dev@tipshedge.com.

7. Disclaimer: Not Financial or Gambling Advice

All content published by TipsHedge — including predictions, analysis, staking suggestions from the Bankroll Manager, win-rate statistics, and any other information — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute:

• Financial product advice under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)
• Gambling advice or a betting tip under any Australian gambling legislation
• A recommendation or inducement to place any particular wager
• A guarantee or representation that profits will be made

You should seek independent professional advice before making any financial decisions. TipsHedge accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of reliance on our predictions or content.

8. User Responsibilities

By using TipsHedge, you agree that you will not:

• Share, redistribute, or publish premium prediction content with non-members on any platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to extract or collect data from the Service
• Resell or commercially exploit any TipsHedge content without prior written authorisation
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or extend free trials
• Engage in conduct that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, or harmful to TipsHedge or its community
• Impersonate TipsHedge or any member of our team

Violation of these conduct requirements may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, data, branding, logos, predictions, analysis, and written materials on TipsHedge are the exclusive property of TipsHedge and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any TipsHedge content without express written permission.
• This licence is revoked immediately upon termination or cancellation of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian consumer law:

• TipsHedge, its operators, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service, predictions, or any content.
• You acknowledge that wagering on sporting events involves inherent risk, and that financial loss is possible and may occur.
• TipsHedge's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to TipsHedge in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

11. Termination

TipsHedge reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct
• Your account has been used to share premium content with non-members
• We determine, in our sole discretion, that your continued access is harmful to the Service or its members

Upon termination, your licence to access the Service ceases immediately and no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of TipsHedge will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, Australia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
